Chopping boards is also known as cutting Boards .  It is made of wood and plastic . Always duster should be used below chopping board to prevent slippage of chopping board while cutting. 

Cutting boards are different in colour . We should know when to use which colour chopped board.

• Red chopping board is used for Raw meat 

• Yellow chopping board is used for cooked meat

• Blue chopping board is used for fish and seafood

• White chopping board is used for Dairy products

• Green chopping Board is used for different fruits, salad and vegetables.
