1. espagnole sauce + double cream + boil albumen = Diane sauce 

2. Espagnole sauce + crushed peppercorns + red wine = pepper sauce 

3. Espagnole sauce + Madeira wine + butter + Demi glace = Madeira sauce 

4. Espagnole sauce + Butter + onion + vinegar + mustard + demi- glace = Robert sauce
