Pioneer of chef | Alexis soyer | Great chef soyer

He was born in 1810 and died in 1858 . He started out in kitchen at age of 16 in Paris and became the deputy chef in kitchen of the ministry of foreign affairs . 

He migrated to England, where he was chef at reform club ,whose kitchen he installed after the sudden death of his wife , Emma Jones an English actress ,he devoted himself to charity ,opening canteens for the under privileged in London and Dublin

        He worked for the British during the Crimean war and designed an economical and camp kitchen for army. He also invented magic oven and launch soyer sauce and soyer nectar.

He wrote several books. Both for wealthy gourmets and for less fortunate, including the ' gastronomic regenerator' and ' the poor man regenerator'
