Prevention of Kitchen burns | Burns and scalds

I. Roll down the sleeves of jackets

II. Use aprons of suitable length to give adequate protection

III. Tray containing hot liquid should be handled carefully

IV. A good thick dry cloth/duster is very useful

V. Pan should not be more than 2/3 full while deep frying

VI. Keep steamer in proper working conditions

VII. Always use quality shoes to prevent slipage ,spillage of hot liquid in leg

VIII. Sprinkle some salt if floor is slippery and you have no time to clean

IX. Work attentively I.e with attention

X. Use sharp knife and work gently with heat.
