Allowance and Discount

Allowances are cash paid out to guest by hotel. Allowance are strictly controlled by hotel and require written authorisation from airline or sponser who gives guarantee to reimburse these amount to hotel on producing necessary document. It is also certain money and certain facilities provided to staff to daily activities.

Discount are rebate provided on rack rate of hotel  which is expressed in percentage.
