Lobby

Lobby is the public area from where guest enters in the hotel. It is the first impressions of any hotel made by the guests due to which lager sum is spend on its decoration and furnishings. A guest entering hotel through main entrance of hotel leads him to lobby. It is the area which consists of reception, bell desk, lobby manager, cashier desk, GRE desk. Coffee shop, ATM booth, shopping area are also located here along with travel desk, elevator. It is also the waiting area of hotel and meeting place common to visitor of hotel. Lobby are very spacious  and part of a hotel. it is managed by lobby manager.
