Ingredients Required
Gram flour( besan pitho)
Baking soda(a pinch)
Salt
Carom seed ( jwano)
Paneer
Oil (for deep frying)
For mint chutney
Mint leaf ( pudina )
Coriander leaf
Lemon juice
Chat masala
Black salt
Curd
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Make a batter using gramflour, baking soda , salt, Kashmiri Mirch and carom seed
- Now , cut paneer into medium size as you desire
- Dipped paneer shape in batter and deep fry it
- Serve it with mint Chutney.
FOR MINT SAUCE
- Shred mint leaves and coriander leaf
- Add it in blender and add chat masala, lemon juice, black salt and curd
- Blend it in a blender.
