Paneer Pakoda



Ingredients Required

Gram flour( besan pitho)
Baking soda(a pinch)
Salt
Carom seed ( jwano)
Paneer
Oil  (for deep frying)

For mint chutney 

Mint leaf ( pudina )
Coriander leaf 
Lemon juice
Chat masala
Black salt
Curd

METHOD OF PREPARATION

  • Make a batter using gramflour, baking soda , salt, Kashmiri Mirch and carom seed

  • Now , cut paneer into medium size as you desire

  • Dipped paneer shape in batter and deep fry it

  • Serve it with mint Chutney.

FOR MINT SAUCE 

  • Shred mint leaves and coriander leaf

  • Add it in blender and add chat masala, lemon juice, black salt and curd

  • Blend it in a blender.
