Whitney system of Reservation

Different colours of slip is used in Whitney system. The slip are of different colours for easy identification of source.

White colour is for free individual Traveller

Yellow slip is for group and crew

Green slip is used for VIP

Pink slip is used for travel agencies

Purple is used for conference

Blue is used for guest through airline.

It is blue slip. The same format is maintained in different colours and in alphabetical order with guest name coming that day. It is manually operated and mostly used by small hotels.
