Mise -en - Scene

It is a French term which meant " preparation of the environment" in English. This is done to ensure dining areas are safe and comfortable. Decoration is done properly, temperature is set and :-

1. The service area is cleaned throughly

2. All the chairs , tables are dusted and carpet is vaccumed.

3. The flower are arranged properly

4. Door and window are dusted and polished

5. All the activities involving the environment , surrounding clean , aesthetic falls under Mise - en - Scene.
