Fish Curry



INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

Fish
Salt, lemon juice, Turmeric powder
Kashmiri Mirch, onion , Tomato
Cumin seed, Corriander seed ,Mustard seed
Ginger and garlic
Corriander leaf

METHODS OF PREPARATION

  • Cut fish into medium pieces and marinade the fish with salt, lemon juice, Turmeric powder and Kashmiri Mirch

  • In a frying pan , Roast cumin seed , Corriander seed and Mustard seeds and let it cool 

  • Blend roasted spices in blender by adding ginger , garlic

  • Fry the fish in oil 

  • Now, Heat oil , add Bay leaf and mustard seed

  • Add chopped onion, cook till brown 

  • Add blended roasted paste and cook a while. Now, add tomatoes , salt and cook till tomato is cooked

  • Add water  boiled it and add add fried fish. Cook further minutes. Do not boil fish otherwise fish will disintegrate.

  • Garnish it with Corriander leaf and add some lemon juice .
