Bechamel sauce and it's derivatives :

1. Bechamel sauce + Egg yolk + cheese + cream = Mornay sauce 

2. Bechamel sauce + fresh cream + butter = cream sauce 

3. Bechamel sauce + fresh cream + butter + chopped parsley =  parsley sauce

4. Bechamel sauce + butter + fresh cream + Mustard = Mustard sauce 

5. Bechamel sauce + minced onion + nutmeg = onion sauce 

6. Bechamel sauce + fine chopped boiled egg =  Egg sauce 

7. Bechamel sauce + milk + butter = Homard sauce
