Guest Relation Executive

The best way to describe role of a guest relation executive is to compare her to the hostess in a home. The hotel is a "home away from home". It is not possible for general manager to give personalised attention to all guests thus , he delegate this role to guest relation executive. GRE is normally a lady who is expected to provide personalised service to all guest , but as hotel becomes larger this is not possible so GRE is reposed with Responsibility to give that personalised touch to VIP and regular guest though she assists any guest who seek help. She need helped from other members of the hotel to assist her. She reports to front office manager and Also helps in pre-registration, arrival and departure process of VIP , take action for all guest complaints and offer assistance required for guests . She have knowledge of more than 4/5 languages.
