Spaghetti Red Sauce



INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

Olive oil
Garlic and oregano
Onion
Tomato puree
Mixed herbs
Grated cheese
Salt and red chilli powder
Spaghetti

METHOD OF PREPARATION

  • Boil spaghetti with a pinch of salt and acidic ingredients on water.

  • Cook till A la dente, Do not overcook spaghetti

  • Take olive oil in pan, add some garlic cloves and some dry oregano

  • Add finely chopped onion and cook till onion are light brown

  • Add tomato puree 

  • Add salt and red chilli powder , stirred it and cook in low heat for 5 minutes

  • Add chilli flakes and mixed herbs

  • Garnish with grated cheese and fresh oregano.
