Chicken Kanti Recipe

 


INGREDIENTS REQUIRED 

Chicken boneless , cumin powder, Turmeric powder , Red chilli powder , GG paste , onion , green chillies, vinegar , capsicum 

METHODS OF PREPARATION 

  • Take a boneless chicken, cut into medium dices and marinate it with cumin powder , Turmeric powder , Kashmiri mirch , salt and ginger ,garlic paste.

  • Now , in second part of marination we will marinate onion slice  and cut green chillies with salt , vinegar, Kashmiri mirch 

  • Heat oil , fry marinated chicken and remove it . In a same pan , now add cumin seed , GG paste , dice chopped capsicum and onion . Cook it further some minutes

  • Add Turmeric powder , red chilli powder , cumin powder and cook further 2/3 minutes

  • Now add , green chillies, sliced onion and fried chicken . Then , add water and cook further 5/10 minutes.
